No, BELLE currently does not offer refunds due to COVID-19 precautions. However, you can exchange your unworn item within 5 days of receiving it.


What if I received a damaged item or the wrong item?
Inspect your order upon arrival. If it's damaged or incorrect, contact BELLE within 1-2 days at bellebyassa@gmail.com to arrange a resolution.

Can I exchange my bikini?
Yes, BELLE offers exchanges on unworn garments with all tags attached within 5 days of receiving your order.


What if my bikini doesn't fit?

BELLE recommends reviewing the size guide before ordering to ensure a good fit. However, if it doesn't fit, you can exchange it within their policy timeframe.

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-order items have an anticipated ship date listed on the product page. The full amount is charged when you place your order.
